The late elder statesman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, has been laid to rest in Yola, Adamawa State. The Janazah prayer was attended by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and thousands of dignitaries. The burial took place at Tukur's family compound, where prayers were offered for the repose of his soul.
