The Jigawa State Government has pledged to provide all necessary support and funding to ensure the completion of the new Dutse Emir's Palace within the stipulated 18-month timeframe. The Secretary to the State Government, Malam Bala Ibrahim, stated this while representing Governor Umar Namadi at the foundation-laying ceremony of the palace in Dutse. He described the project as a historic and significant development, saying it represented the fulfilment of a promise made by the governor to the Emir and people of Dutse Emirate. The SSG assured the Emir of Dutse, the people of the emirate and the people of Jigawa State that the government would deploy its full weight to ensure the successful completion of the project.
