Nigerian telecommunications companies have deployed 8,526 of the 12,179 committed network sites, achieving 70 percent progress despite ongoing service disruptions caused by fibre cuts. The deployment figures were disclosed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). The progress comes amid challenges that have affected network services across the country.
