Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has described entrepreneurship and technological innovation as critical tools for tackling poverty, creating economic opportunities, and improving living standards. He stated this while inaugurating the Chairman and members of the Governing Board of the Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies, Gulak, at the Government House, Yola, on Friday. Fintiri said the establishment of institutions focused on technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship was important to equip young people with practical skills, promote self-reliance, and prepare them for the modern economy. He said board members were selected based on integrity, competence, and experience, and urged them to provide sound advice and innovative ideas.
