Manchester United manager Michael Carrick questioned the VAR decision that allowed Erling Haaland's winning goal for Manchester City in their 1-0 victory at Old Trafford on Sunday. The goal was initially ruled offside but was overturned after a lengthy review, with officials determining that Enzo Fernandez, who was in an offside position, was not interfering with play. Carrick described the decision as "worrying" and said he could not understand the reasoning. United defender Lisandro Martinez, who was involved in the incident, said he was clearly impacted by Fernandez's presence and called the goal an "injustice."
