Ntufam Henry Ojugo, the Nigeria Democratic Congress candidate for Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency, said his ambition is driven by the need to provide robust representation and end selfish representation in the constituency. He accused the current All Progressives Congress lawmaker of abandoning constituents after the last election, alleging that the lawmaker is not present with the people and that they have not seen him since the campaign. Ojugo rejected claims that the NDC is weak in the state, declaring that the party has structures to win the forthcoming election. The former state accountant-general made the remarks during an interview yesterday.
