Firm unveils 2,400-unit estate to tackle housing deficit

Crown Allied Global Realty and Homes Limited has unveiled The Embassy, a 2,400-unit smart estate in Wasa District of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The 101-hectare development, located in Abuja Municipal Area Council, was launched at a groundbreaking ceremony. The company’s Managing Director, Gbadewole Amos Kayode, said the project will provide affordable housing and stimulate economic activities. He noted that the choice of Wasa District was strategic, describing it as an emerging commercial hub with access to infrastructure. The project aims to contribute to addressing Nigeria’s housing deficit, estimated at about 14.98 million units.
