Fubara Mourns Former SSS DG, Albert Horsfall, Hails Legacies of National Service

Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has expressed deep sorrow over the death of former Director-General of the State Security Service, Chief Albert K. Horsfall, describing him as a patriot whose contributions to Nigeria's national security remain a benchmark for future generations. Horsfall, who hailed from Buguma in Rivers State, was recognised for his role in Nigeria's security architecture during his tenure as SSS Director-General. In a condolence message, Fubara described Horsfall as a disciplined and intelligent public servant who served the country with dedication, professionalism, and integrity. The governor said the former SSS Director-General was also an elder statesman, mentor, and ambassador of the values of service, honour, and excellence associated with Rivers State.
