INEC lists 1,303 candidates for 109 Senate seats, 3,560 others for 360 Reps seats

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has published the final list of nominated candidates for the 2027 National Assembly elections. The list includes 1,303 candidates for the 109 Senate seats and 3,560 candidates for the 360 House of Representatives seats. The publication was done in accordance with Section 32(1) of the Electoral Act, 2026, which requires the release of the final list at least 60 days before the election.
