Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has signed the Borno State Model Harmonised Taxes and Levies Law, 2026. The law is designed to establish a more transparent and efficient system for the administration and collection of taxes and levies in the state. The governor's assent was given to improve the state's tax framework.
