The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and China's National Immigration Administration have held bilateral talks to enhance cooperation on border security. The discussions, led by NIS Comptroller-General Kemi Nandap, focused on technical cooperation, intelligence sharing, and capacity building to combat irregular migration, document fraud, and transnational organised crime. The meeting took place on September 9 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, during a forum attended by over 2,000 participants from 139 countries.
