James Safechuck, one of the primary accusers of late American pop star Michael Jackson, is set to be questioned under oath on Monday, September 14, 2026, as part of revived legal proceedings against the singer's estate. According to US court documents, the 48-year-old will sit for an official deposition alongside his mother, Stephanie Safechuck, whose testimony is scheduled for October 15 and 20. Safechuck and co-accuser Wade Robson allege that Jackson sexually abused them as minors at his Neverland Ranch in California. A Los Angeles judge dismissed Safechuck's lawsuit against Jackson's business entities in 2020, but a California Appeals Court overturned the ruling in 2023, granting both accusers the right to revive their claims.
