The Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) has undertaken an inspection tour of major development projects being executed by the Kano State government under Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf. The tour, led by the state commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, allowed the editors to see the projects firsthand and understand their objectives, scope, and expected impact. The delegation visited an ongoing housing project, the palace of the Emir of Gaya, and an ongoing flyover project in Tal'udu. The flyover is aimed at improving transportation, easing traffic congestion, and facilitating smoother movement.
