Citizens’ Welfare Remains Anchor Of Nigeria’s Foreign Policy – Minister

Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, said the welfare and interests of Nigerians at home and in the diaspora remain the central focus of the country's foreign policy. He said the policy thrust is integral to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda and is intended to ensure that diplomatic engagements translate into improved livelihoods, economic opportunities and development for ordinary citizens. He spoke when women from Yagba South East District in Yagba East local government area of Kogi State, led by their national president, Mrs Ojo Iyabode, paid him a solidarity visit in his office.
