Josef Onoh, Chairman of the Forum of Former Members of Enugu State House of Assembly, has criticised Reno Omokri, Nigeria's ambassador designate to Mexico, over his claim that an average Nigerian can live on ₦3,000 daily. Omokri said on Channels Television's Sunday Politics that he conducted a market survey to verify prices of basic food staples. Onoh described Omokri's presentation as structurally flawed, economically detached, and insensitive.
