The Sokoto State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (MoBSE) has embarked on a statewide mobilisation rally ahead of the 2026/2027 academic session. The rally aims to encourage parents and guardians to ensure their children return to school promptly as the long vacation ends. Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Professor Ahmad Ladan Ala, said the mobilisation was part of efforts to sensitise parents on the importance of timely resumption. The initiative is also designed to ensure full student turnout for the smooth commencement of first-term academic activities.
