REDAN Executive: Abuja Estate ‘ll Help Cut Nigeria’s Housing Deficit

The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Abuja Chapter, has reaffirmed its commitment to reducing Nigeria's housing deficit through increased housing delivery and innovative financing options. Dr. Gbadewole Kayode, Vice President of REDAN Abuja Chapter and CEO of Crown Allied Global Realty, made this known at the groundbreaking ceremony of The Embassy, a 2,400-unit housing estate in Wasa District, Abuja. Kayode stated that the project is part of efforts to address the country's housing shortage, which he estimated at 14.98 million units. He added that the estate will provide energy-efficient homes while increasing the supply of housing units.
