Amazon has paused its operations with 21 Air, the cargo airline involved in a fatal crash in Miami. The Boeing 767, operating for Amazon Prime Air, overshot the runway and struck vehicles, killing five people on the ground. An Amazon spokesperson said the decision followed a review of the circumstances. Investigators noted that a pilot warned the plane was approaching too fast.
