The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed a request by Major Hamza Al-Mustapha for an extension of time to appeal a judgment over a property in Asokoro. The court rejected Al-Mustapha's bid to appeal the case. The decision was made by the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
