The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has dismissed an appeal filed by former military officer Major Hamza Al-Mustapha in a long-running dispute over a property in the Asokoro District of the Federal Capital Territory. Al-Mustapha had requested an extension of time to appeal a High Court decision. The court awarded N1 million in costs.
