Anambra State Police Command operatives rescued a 16-year-old boy, Favour Ayogu, who was allegedly abducted in Ibagwa Aka, Enugu State, and abandoned near a security checkpoint in Onitsha, Anambra State. The victim was recovered during a joint security patrol at Ekene Junction along Oguta Road. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the boy was dropped from a black Toyota Highlander SUV by unidentified persons. The swift action of the patrol team prevented further harm, and surveillance has been intensified.
