Government Should Be Intentional About Social Housing, Liaise With Professionals on Funding,  Says M.I. Okoro

Chief M.I. Okoro, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, has expressed concern over Nigeria's poor housing situation and proposed intentional strategies to address it. These include the development of local government council flats and social housing driven by federal and state governments. Okoro emphasized that professionals should advise the government on funding sources and other essential matters.
