Rivers United and Shooting Stars (3SC) will each receive a $100,000 solidarity payment from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) despite their early exits from continental competitions. The payment is a consolation for their participation in CAF-organized tournaments. Both Nigerian clubs will benefit from the financial support.
