LP Disowns Arabambi over Obi’s Certicate Matter, Says He’s Not Their Party Member

The Labour Party has stated that Abayomi Arabambi, who sued WAEC, NYSC and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka over Peter Obi's academic records, did not act as a member of the party. In a statement by National Publicity Secretary Ken Eluma Asogwa, the party said it initially stayed silent on the matter but decided to react after the story appeared in mainstream newspapers describing Arabambi as an LP chieftain. The party added that Peter Obi is no longer its member.
