Nigerians in Diaspora Can Return, Invest and Contribute in National Devt, Says Obi 

Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, has called for the creation of a country where Nigerians abroad can return home, invest and contribute to national development. He made the call in a statement after meeting young Nigerian professionals in Washington, D.C., where they discussed the country's challenges and needed reforms. Obi said Nigerians in the diaspora remain an important part of the country and should be encouraged to participate actively in its development.
