Vice President Kashim Shettima has urged political leaders to build strong institutions and policies that will continue to serve Nigerians beyond their time in office. He made the call at the presentation of a book titled 'Service and Impact,' which chronicles the life and legacy of Brigadier Musa Usman, the pioneer military governor of the former North-Eastern State. The book was co-authored by Mallam Mahmud Jega and Dr. Theophilus Abbah. The event was attended by prominent Nigerians, including Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, former Speaker Yakubu Dogara, General Ike Nwanchukwu (retd), and Mrs. Titi Atiku Abubakar, among others.
