Royal Exchange Plc has issued a clarification stating that it does not own or control Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc (REPRU). This follows the revocation of REPRU's operating licence by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM). The company made this known in a statement, denying any ownership claims.
