Court Fixes October 22 for Nigerian Army,  Boat Owners’ Settlement Report

The Federal High Court in Port Harcourt has scheduled October 22, 2026, to receive a settlement report in a case involving three indigenous companies and the Nigerian Army. The plaintiffs, Peaches Integrated Services Limited, Godswm Industrial Services Limited, and Etucok Integrated Services, are suing the Attorney General of the Federation, the Chief of Defence Staff, and others over 26 months of unpaid services. The companies, which are houseboat contractors, allege that the Nigerian Army owes them unpaid rental services and are seeking payment and the release of their houseboats for maintenance.
