The National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to urgently direct the implementation of the Supreme Court judgment on local government financial autonomy. NULGE and the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) accused the Federal Government of playing politics with the judgment. The unions urged immediate action to ensure compliance with the ruling.
