APC Govs: We Won’t Support Any Political Arrangement Capable of Undermining Tinubu’s Re-election

The Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), comprising governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has declared that it will not support any political arrangement that could undermine President Bola Tinubu's re-election or weaken the party in the 2027 general elections. The forum's chairman, Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, made the declaration after a closed-door meeting in Abuja. The governors stated that they would not entertain any arrangement that creates confusion, divided loyalty, or competing interests within the party.
