Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have rejected any form of political alliances ahead of the 2027 elections. At a meeting held on Monday night at the Imo State Governor's Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, the governors resolved to support only candidates fielded by the APC. They expressed concern that coalitions or alliances could jeopardise the party's chances in the elections.
