Police in Niger State have rescued two abducted victims and neutralised three suspected kidnappers during an operation. The two victims were rescued unhurt, while three of the suspects were killed and others escaped with bullet injuries. The operation was part of efforts to combat kidnapping in the state. The police have intensified efforts to apprehend the fleeing suspects.
