The Office of the President of Seychelles has announced the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Seychelles International Mercantile Banking Company Limited (Nouvobanq) for a three-year period effective 15th September 2026. The Board will be chaired by Mr Conrad Benoiton, with Ms Jennifer Morel serving as Vice Chairperson. Other members are Mr Christophe Edmond as CEO/Executive Member, Mr Philippe Pierre as Deputy CEO/Executive Member, Ms Emmaline Camille, Ms Odile Vidot, Mr David Howes and Mr Michael Bluemner. The Board will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of Nouvobanq, ensuring sound corporate governance and supporting the Bank in the effective delivery of its mandate and continued contribution to the development of Seychelles' financial sector.
