Aliko Dangote, Chairman of the Dangote Group, stated in an interview with ARISE News that having a male heir to inherit his business empire is not a priority. He mentioned that he could see one of his daughters eventually leading the conglomerate, noting that he has been observing their involvement in the family business. Dangote's daughters, Halima, Fatima, and Mariya, hold senior positions within the group. He added that their participation is driven by their own interest and not by pressure from him.
