The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a suspected Mexican drug kingpin at Lagos airport. The suspect, identified as Loaiza, denied involvement in methamphetamine production. He claimed he was invited to Nigeria by a Nigerian contact named Henry under the guise of a restaurant business.
