Dr. Rasha Kelej, CEO of Merck Foundation, is leading the "More Than a Mother" movement to transform fertility care and reduce infertility stigma. Dr. Kelej emphasized that lasting change requires addressing multiple layers surrounding the problem. The movement provides scholarships to fertility specialists and embryologists while working to change the overall environment around infertility.
