Workers at the Federal Ministry of Education headquarters in Abuja have threatened to shut down all Federal Unity Colleges nationwide if the Federal Government does not reverse the proposed concession of King's College, Lagos. The threat came as their protest entered its fourth day, with activities at the ministry paralyzed. The Joint Council, representing four major unions, issued the ultimatum while addressing journalists. The unions cited threats to workers' jobs, public education assets, and the future of children from less privileged families.
