Anthropic is expanding its small-business product by introducing new features and workshops. The company launched an AI tool for small businesses in May and has since reported 900,000 installations for its Claude for Small Business plugin. Small and medium-sized businesses represent a significant opportunity, accounting for nearly half of US GDP and employing over 45% of private sector workers. Some small businesses using AI have faced customer backlash.
