The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) faction backed by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has alleged that governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) are afraid of facing the electorate because of poor performance. The faction said this while weighing into the back and forth between governors of the ruling party and the FCT Minister. The rift between Wike and APC governors first became public after the minister accused Governors Hope Uzodimma and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of working against him.
