Justice Uche Agomoh of the Federal High Court in Ibadan has adjourned the hearing in a suit over the governorship candidacy of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo State to September 30, 2026. The adjournment followed fresh applications and service issues raised by parties in the matter. The court session was held on Tuesday.
