Pulley, a startup that provides cap table management software for startups, announced it is shutting down after seven years. The company said in a statement on its website that it will cease operations after December 8. Founded in 2019, Pulley raised more than $50 million from investors including Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Stripe, and 8VC, and sought to challenge larger rival Carta. As part of the wind-down, Carta has agreed to help move customers and is offering a limited-time promotion.
