The outgoing Commander of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) reported that troops killed 1,106 terrorists and recovered 475 weapons. He also stated that over 3,000 Nigerians were voluntarily, safely, and dignifiedly repatriated from Cameroon through collaboration between the Borno Government, the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. The figures were presented as part of the operation’s achievements.
