Vice President Kashim Shettima is expected to attend the turbaning ceremony of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as the Sardauna of Ilorin. The governor will become the first person to hold the title, which designates him as the Defence Minister of the Ilorin Emirate. The event is scheduled to take place in Ilorin, the capital of Kwara State.
