Solomon Adeola, also known as Yayi, an All Progressives Congress governorship aspirant in Ogun State, has threatened to sue Abayomi Hunye and a Peoples Democratic Party chieftain for claiming he is an indigene of Ekiti State. The dispute centers on Adeola's state of origin ahead of the 2027 governorship election. Adeola has denied the claim and is taking legal action to clear his name.
