The Anambra State government, in collaboration with the Importers Association of Nigeria (IMAN), held a two-day statewide stakeholders sensitisation seminar to secure trade corridors and unlock blue economy opportunities for importers. Governor Chukwuma Soludo used the event to promote the Anambra Mixed Use Industrial City, currently under construction, saying it will offer manufacturers an export free trade zone across Africa. The seminar, themed "Securing trade corridors and unlocking blue economy opportunities: positioning Anambra State for safe commerce," was sponsored by IMAN's national patron, Dr. Augustine Azubuike Ekweozor.
