Anthropic announced on Wednesday that it is opening a new office in Singapore, its fifth in Asia. The company plans to collaborate with startups, large enterprises, and the public sector in Singapore, where per capita usage of its Claude AI model is among the highest globally. Dale Finlay has been hired from OpenAI as the regional head to lead the office. The move is aimed at driving enterprise adoption of Claude in the region.
