Nigerians can invest in Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE through an initial public offering launched on Monday, with a minimum subscription of N5,250. The company is offering 4.1 billion ordinary shares at N525 each, valued at about N2.15 trillion if fully subscribed. Balogun described the IPO as an opportunity for Nigerians to invest in a world-class business. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) cautioned applicants to ensure their applications and payments follow official channels.
