The Delta State Command of the NDLEA seized 2.446497 tonnes of illicit drugs worth an estimated N2 billion between July 2025 and September 2026. The state commander, Hililu Hamidu, disclosed this while briefing journalists. The agency also secured 248 convictions during the period, with 223 cases pending in court. The seized drugs included cannabis, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, tramadol, and other substances.
