Vice President Kashim Shettima will inaugurate two major projects today in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, as part of the activities for the turbaning of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as the Sardauna of Ilorin. The projects are the Kwara Garment Factory, which will hire at least 4,000 people at full capacity, and the 11-storey Kwara Revenue Service House, funded with savings from consultancy fees. The two projects are part of over 30 capital projects spread across the state. The project inauguration will be followed by the turbaning at the forecourt of the Emir's Palace in Ilorin and a reception at the Atlantic. A statement signed by the secretary of the organising committee, Alhaji Bashir Adigun, said the ceremony will be televised live by Kwara TV, Radio Kwara, NTA, TVC, and Channels TV.
