The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria, Dr Obinna Awiaka, has expressed satisfaction with eye centres in Abia State. He praised the Alex Otti-led administration for modern facilities and equipment at the centres. His team visited eye care centres at Arochukwu General Hospital and Abia State Specialist and Diagnostic Centre, Umuahia.
